Secure the Brand Identity for all the different Brands (brillen.de and STEINER-Vision) on each media, online and offline
Coordinating and managing the entire migration process of the website (Germany, Austria, UK, Spain, and Italy) from Magento to our CMS platform HubSpot ( web pages, landing pages, and transactional E-Mails ), and then creating the website right after for Poland and USA
A/B testing of Landing Pages and Newsletter
Coordinate the workflow between Marketing Team, Content Team and IT Team with Jira
Creating new responsive templates for each device
Develop and manage Social Fun Pages calendar for all the countries
Building from scratch, develop and manage the Blog (for Germany, Austria, Spain, and Italy), with the set up of the content calendar, keywords and SEO strategy for all the countries
